Lost and Found Policy

At Developr events, we strive to ensure a smooth and organized experience for all participants, which includes managing lost and found items efficiently. If you misplace or find an item during one of our events, please adhere to the following guidelines to facilitate prompt recovery:

• Reporting Lost Items: If you lose an item, promptly report it to the Developr event staff at the registration desk or designated information point. Provide a detailed description of the missing item, including any unique identifiers and your contact information so we can reach you if it’s found.
• Claiming Found Items: Should you find an item that does not belong to you, please immediately turn it over to the Developr staff. Our team will log the item and ensure it is secured until the rightful owner claims it.
• Storage and Duration: All found items will be stored in a secure area designated for lost and found during the event. If items remain unclaimed by the end of the event, they will be securely stored for a period of 30 days. After this period, unclaimed items may be donated to charity or disposed of as deemed appropriate by Developr.
• Identification and Collection: To reclaim a lost item, you must provide adequate identification and a detailed description to confirm ownership. Our team will facilitate the process to ensure that items are returned safely to their rightful owner.
