Injury Guidelines

At Developr events, safety is our top priority. We have established the following injury guidelines to ensure the well-being of all participants:

• Immediate Reporting: If an injury occurs, it should be reported immediately to Developr staff or event security personnel. Prompt reporting ensures that medical assistance can be provided quickly and accurately.
• Emergency Services: In case of a severe injury, Developr staff are trained to contact emergency services without delay. Please cooperate with first responders and provide them with any necessary information about the incident.
• First Aid Availability: Basic first aid kits are available at designated locations throughout the event venue. Staff members are familiar with their locations and can assist in providing basic first aid until professional medical assistance arrives.
• Incident Documentation: Developr will document all injury incidents to maintain a comprehensive record that can be reviewed for future safety improvements. Cooperation in providing details about the incident is appreciated.
• Proactive Safety: We encourage all attendees to be proactive about safety. Be aware of your surroundings, avoid any actions that may cause harm to yourself or others, and report any potential hazards to event staff immediately.
• Waiver of Liability: By participating in a Developr event, you waive any liability against Developr, its affiliates, venue, and partners for any injury or harm that may occur during the event.
