Exhibitor Policy

All exhibitors who participate in Developr events must adhere to our Exhibitor Policy, which is designed to ensure a safe, respectful, and productive environment for all participants. By exhibiting at our events, you agree to the following guidelines:

  • Compliance: Exhibitors must comply with all local, state, and federal laws, as well as any specific venue regulations. This includes adhering to health and safety protocols established by Developr and the event venue.
  • Professional Conduct: Exhibitors are expected to conduct themselves professionally at all times. Any form of harassment, discrimination, or inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated and may result in removal from the event.
  • Booth Management: Each exhibitor is responsible for managing their booth space in a way that does not infringe upon neighboring exhibitors or disrupt the event. This includes controlling noise levels, maintaining a clean and orderly appearance, and ensuring that all marketing materials are appropriate and aligned with Developr’s values.
  • Setup and Breakdown: Exhibitors must adhere to the designated setup and breakdown times as stipulated by Developr. Early dismantling is prohibited to maintain a seamless experience for attendees.
  • Security and Liability: Developr is not responsible for the security of exhibitor property. Exhibitors should ensure that valuables are kept secure and take appropriate precautions during the event. Exhibitors are liable for any damages caused to the venue or other exhibits by themselves or their representatives.

We value your partnership and are committed to providing an exceptional platform for you to display your products and services. For any questions or clarification on our Exhibitor Policy, please contact our team at hello@developr.com.
